This past weekend has been quite an adventure! Friday we decided to get up early to all go to Mikel's appointment witch was in a very bad part of town (off Federal) and it was also a machanic's shop, so Dillon and I stayed in the car. It really started to drive Dillon crazy, we and me for that matter. Well after that was over we went to Mikel's acupunture appointment. He hasn't gone for over a year and a half. When we got there she gave Dillon some toys and all. He though that was fun. After the appointment we went over to Mikel's families house to see them and hang out for a bit. Mikel was trying to submit buisness and was having problems with that because the internet connection connecting to home office was down because they had they day off. So needless to say they buisness didn't get trasmitted. Later that night our ward offered a free babysitting night. We decided to take advantage and go for icecream, grab a movie and look at T.V.'s at Best Buy. Also a Best Buy they had Mario Cart on the Wii as a demo. Holy Cow I love it! With the wheel it drives more like a car! I prefer to use the wheel over the joystick I do better with it. Yea for Dillon he did well with the group for kids with the free babysitting. I was so happy. We watched the movie that night Pirates of the Carebeean: At worlds end. Unfortunatly we were quite tired that night and both fell asleep on the couch.
Saturday Mikel's sister Rachel Graduated from ACC (Araphoe Community College), and we went to her graduation. I haven't been to a College graduation before and I have to say it wasn't as boring as the High School one was. I found one of the faculty funny and annoying at the same time. After the graduation was over we took pics and went over to Mikel's parents house to have a BBQ. It was quite yummy and it was great to see Dillon's other cousins and watching them play! Then later that night I had to work.
Sunday, Mother's Day, was an alright day. We got up and got ready to got to church. Mikel is in the choir so we needed to be there a little earlier so that he could practice. During Scrament meeting we were able to both bee there the whole time, because Dillon was able to stay there the whole time! He also really loves nursery! He enjoys playing and the people who run it as well. It was really great to be able to go to RS again. I really miss it in there. Being in primary as long as I have I am totally ready to go back with adults again. After curch we all took a nap. Then I called my mom and wished her a happy mother's day and then we went over there to have dinner. It was a pretty good night and a good weekend.
