Breckenridge!

This past weekend we dropped Dillon off at Mikel's family's house and we headed up to Breckenridge for the weekend. We won the trip with Aflac and I was quite excited to go. When we got there we got our room and it was nothing like we expected, We walked in to this:

The Living room, with fireplace and patio

More living room

The Kitchen, yes I know kinda hard to believe, but it was fully stocked with everything you need to make whatever you want, excluding the food of course :)

This was our Aflac gift the State Sales Cooridnatior gave a bottle of wine (no we don't drink), two glasses, See's chocolates and a thank you card with a C-note in it.

We went to a nice dinner that night with a auction, man they had some pretty cool stuff that was going up for auction, unfortunatly we didn't have enough money to bid or we may have. The dinner was alright the dessert was the best. After that we danced for a bit and enjoyed our night.

The next morning, Saturday, we were not sure what was going on so Mikel called his District sales Coordinator, and went out to breakfast with a few people from the region. It was great food, I would definatly got there again. The place was called Columbine Cafe, so if you ever make it up there try it out. After breakfast we were going to go up to the alpine slide, but it was closed I was disapointed. We ended up going to jump on the tramp with bungies, but by the time it was our turn it was starting to rain so we had to wait. We then walked through the shops that were there and got cold because we forgot to bring jackets. So we went and got Sweatshirts/hoodies for $15 a pop, we also got a bear for Dillon. Later we walked into another store that had the same hoodies that were $30 each, so we got a great deal! Later it stopped raining and we went back to jump, and we actually made it this time. It was so much fun, the first time just makes your stomach jump you don't quite expect to go so high.

Me jumping and loving it!

Then we decided to take a hike in the mountains right behind our resort.

This is Bever Run Resort, and this is the exact building we stayed in.

More Bever Run, there were 4 buildings this is 3&4, (3 on the right and 4 on the left)

Love this view in the mountians.

Look you can see the resort.

That night we went to dinner with the region and swam in the pool. The pool was great it was actually a heated pool it was great!

Sunday morning we went to church, after that went down to the pool again. Then we decided it was time to go and see our little boy again so we left and picked him up. We had a great time there. Dillon also did well for his grandparents, I was glad to hear it. He was so happy to see us!
