I have finally finshed the book The Host by Stephenie Meyer. That was why I haven't updated it here lately. It is very different than the Twilight series that she did, but still very well written! I highly recomend this book. I am not huge into Scifi stuff, but she does a good job at getting me realed in. It did take me a little to get into it at first but once I got through that part I started enjoying it. I was quite amazed that I could real the 615 pages in 3 weeks with the first week not reading as much. For any one who wants an idea as to what it is about here ya go. It is about a soul called Wanderer who can't survive with out a host and was placed into a host by the name of Melanie. In a real world the soul would completly take over the mind and body of the host, but in this case Melanie won't let Wanderer take over. It is really intresting to see what trials they go through together and how they get along.
Last weekend I spent the morning at the Woodhouse day spa. It was the most increadable experience ever. I got a Swedish Massage and boy that felt so good! It felt great to be able to relax and meditate and all. After the massage I got a pedicure, this was the first pedicure that I have ever had and it was great! I would totally do it again! It was great to enjoy a morning to relax and I would totally recomend the Woodhouse day spa to anyone who would like to try it out.
I am so excited my brother comes home in 2 weeks today!! I can't wait to see him again and talk to him about his mission in Tahiti. I still can't believe it have been 2 years already. Time really passes by quickly!
Dillon has now learned to say "Please" in sign. We figured that since he uses "thank you" with his words and wouldn't even go there with "please" that we would teach him the sign. He is really picking it up pretty well. Now I have shape, ABC'S and 123'S to go. If any one has any ideas how to teach him let me know. I have no idea where to start.

I read the host also. I liked it but I agree- at the beginning I wasn't so sure. I had less than a week to read it because I was borrowing my friend's copy- don't worry the kids are still alive! So shapes, ABC's, numbers etc. don't have to come yet. Wait until he is interested and just have fun with stuff! Some kids in kindergarten don't even know all their letters yet.
